Complaint Review: Samyah Milan Boutique

Samyah Milan Boutique is very unprofessional. They are very rude and do not care about customer satisfaction. Once, they have your money, you don't matter. I've brought hair on several occasiona from Samyah Milan and the HairMan and I was sasified. I brought hair that was of poor quality and informed the company immediately and was told I don't have to buy from them again. I asked what should I do with this poor quality hair and I was told they don't do refunds and I don't have to buy again. I was extremely frustrated because I haven't done anything with the hair. I literally picked it up, went home and looked at it and notified them of my dissatisfaction with the hair quality. This is not how a business should run and customers should not feel like they business isn't valued. I do not recommend anyone buy hair from Samyah Milan Boutique. It will not be a experience you appreciate. Terrible customer service. Reporting to the better business bureau.
