I ordered hair from this company on August 9, 2014 it is September now and I have still not received my product. I contacted them through e-mail; they informed me that they will look into it and get back to me with a tracking order number. They never got back to me.  Waited a few days later, I contacted them again, this time no response.. A few days later I went back to the website and sent them a email. They responded saying they will check with one of their team members, if the delay is any longer they will refund me my money back. that was the last time I heard from these people. I email again, saying I want a refund, no response. I contacted them on their IG page, guess that was bad business for them, got no response and that company blocked me.. So you are basically ordering their product at your own risk.
