This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced when purchasing hair. First off I ordered the hair while there was a sale so I figured they would be busy. But after a week with no tracking number I emailed them, only to not get a email in return. Finally I text the number they offered for "pick up only" where someone text me back not as informative or friendly as you'd expect. 

Here it is now 3 weeks later no tracking number, not returning my email I sent them a not so friendy email which then again got ignored. So I commented on one of their ig post asking if there was another option to contact them and they blocked me. After this I lost it send them a long unsatisfactory text about their customer service and how I felt they were scamming. I guess they got offended and responded that I could contact paypal for a refund. 

Contacted paypal they told me it was the companies responsibility to issue the refund. 3 days later no email back, no text back I'm really disgusted with this company and will tell no one to ever purchase hair from them
