On 8/25/14 I ordered hair from this company. This was the worst thing I ever did in my life. Immediately after ordering I canceled it because I found out it took 7-10 business days to arrive instead of the 2 day shipping that I requested upon Ordering. She told me I would get my money back in 3-5 business day.  

 

Today is 9/6/14 & dont have a dime back from her. I'm livid at this point I sent 9 emails to her so far she blocked me from her Instagram page & won't respond to my emails. This is tge worst company I ever dealt with. she has the nerve yo say customer satisfaction is their goal. YEAH RIGHT. all I want is my money back it never grew on trees that money could pay a bill right now. 

 

This this not what I expected initially but now that I'm in this situation I have contacted authorities to go to their location in PA & get my money back. I even filed a dispute with my bank & they told me she won't release the funds!! She has until 4pm today to respond to me before I drive up there & get it myself this is crazy!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
