San Bernardino Child Support Court/ Department of Child Support Services County of San Bernardino 10417 Mountain View Ave. Loma Linda, CA 92354 The courts as well as the support agency don't listen to me and aren't interested in investigating what I have brought to them. The case worker calls me and barks orders to me and tells me I'm not complying with them. Nothing I say to the courts or case workers gets addressed properly. My rights as a dad have been compromised for too long and today I'm standing up for all men who have been a victim to the system. I'm not only making it public with complaint but I'm going to petition and investigation of the Courts and support agency. San Bernardino County California
*When I call them it takes weeks for a response and when they do respond they always have an excuse why they can't get involved. They constantly lie and contridict what they say. They're biased for the women who break laws without regard for the law. On April 30th , Saturday 2016 the case worker Jennifer calls me and says I need to make a payment and starts to talk about modifications. Don't modify thar allows them to keep you bound to them and when you make more money they can and will take it out of your paychecks. I began to explain to her that my job hasnt been giving hours enough to pay what they forced me to pay. She starts to talk over me so I say to her let me talk she raises her voice yelling "NO!" This has been an on going occurrence with San Bernardino County Courts and their child support system. They the courts, don't listen they take their time and their Judges have a hard time with understanding a man's point of view. *
The Courts Of San Bernardino and it's child support agency have a listening issue. I've been pushed too far. Saturday April 30th, I was called by Jennifer the support worker over my case, she called to ask for more money because she says I missed a payment. Jennifer then says why haven't you modified the case and when you put the paperwork in you didn't follow through. Which is a lie, Jennifer is trying to cover her tracks. Over the summer my son called my mother's house and asked for me. I was living in Atlanta Georgia at the time, so I came back to California to pick my son up. I called her and explained on her voice mail what happened. Jennifer didn't call me back for a month. I get an order to appear in court concerning child support right after. I call Jennifer and explain to her the condition of the child and asked her why hasn't his mom called you and said he's with his dad? She says what's she's paid to say, "I'll look into it." Days go by , no response. I call Jennifer and get the voicemail ,so I leave a message. She calls me while I'm at work but doesn't leave me a voice message. When I get off work I call her back and ask what's going on with the case and what did hos mom say. She went into this nonsense story. I file the proper paper work for the modification. No response. I get back to California and go to support court and explain to the Judge what happened with all proper evidence from the police department. She didn't want to hear it and said, " that's not my jurisdiction that's a custody issue." If that's true then she had no authority to issue a support order because the child's mother is breaking the visitation order set in place. I then go to the original County that the visitation order was set tried to have it modified but the mother refused to obey the judge. Again my request go unheard and ignored. I'm at the end of being civil to law breakers who are supposed to uphold laws. Now it's time to take action against these men and women abusing laws and using children as pawns to hurt the child by committing crimes such as fraud and disobedience to laws of each state and county. They need to be investigated and repremanded for their parts in these illegal actions.
