San Clemente Auto Center has completely spun a simple situation into more trouble than I can handle. I bought a vehicle and warranty through them two years ago. The warranty was for the life of my loan. When I actually needed repairs San Clemente Auto purposefully and aggressively ignored me and told me that the warranty would not cover the issue. The warranty clearly says that it did. AWS was the warranty provider for $1000.  San Clemente Auto Center had their mechanic look into this matter and told me that the whole engine would need replaced. Of course San Clemente Auto Center reported to the warranty provider I have not kept up with my required maintenance. That is bull. I have kept up with it and gone out of my way to insure I kept every receipt from oil changes and maintenance. San Clemente Auto Center has wronged me and they got their commission for their fictional warranty.  Avoid San Clemente Auto Center. They are obviously unethical and worry only about the commission.
