Complaint Review: San Diego Scooter & Cycle Supply

I'm reporting my terrible shopping experience i had looking for a new scooter . I thought the process would be easy .. Was i wrong .. I was cruising PB when i saw this shop that seemed to have plenty of scooters outside for sale . I was looking forward to buying a new scooter.

I walked in the door and the first thing that caught my attention was the terrible smell of old fast food and spilled oil that seemed to be everywhere in the shop .. I ignored it ... The mechanic ( not sure if he really was a mechanic ) started talking to me about the different models available .. I told him i wanted a scooter that would be good for freeway commuting ..

He insisted in wanting to sell me a 150 cc scooter .. I knew that a 250 cc would be much better , but he told me they were not available anywhere in San Diego .. I thought that wasn't true , so i asked him a few more questions about that type of scooter .. He got mad and aggitated .. Curse me out and told me to stop wasting his time if i wasn't going to buy a scooter from them ..

I was in shock .. Left and never went back .. I ran into an old friend of mine last week and he told me that they denied his warranty and now he has a useless scooter that they refuse to fix .. Unprofessional and rude ... No experience and just a bunch of salesmen ..
