oscar machado uriarte is a mexican drug lord, from tijuana -his the owner off san diego truck & autosales at 6560 datsun st. san diego cal 92154- tel ( 619) 6710831 / this individual and his organization were mentioned in tijuana in the newspaper EL ZETA , with copy #2008 and paragraph 16 A- in this newspaper reads like this ( el cartelito de los uriarte) which in English reads ( the little cartel uriarte family ) his wanted by the mexican authorities -for extortion ,and drug dealing -he charges a weekly pay off money for every 11 blocks-- he makes his phone calls from san diego,to tijuana -hes driving a jetta with plate ( 6PTL766) beige--all the cars that are there majority off them have been bought with drug money ,coming from  tijuana, they laundry money ,that way---oscar took control off the cartel in 2009 after his cousin with the name reydel lopez uriarte ,waz caught in los cabos back in 2009--
