San Diego Wireless Total rip off Encinitas, California
It was never disclosed to me that they are NOT part of the Verizon network. When I called Verizon for problems they told me that I was not a customer. When I called San Diego Wireless, they could not have been any ruder. They would not let me put of my "contract" and the owner (Mcalester, bad spelling) is the biggest crook on the planet. I literally had to take him to court to release me of his shady operation. So here's what you get with San Diego wireless: Bad customer service, no ringtones from Verizon, no acknowledgement that you're even a customer, no disclosure from SD wireless that you are not part of their network. Cocky and dirty looks from the people that work there when you find out you're been scammed. Nice! Beware of this terrible company.
