Complaint Review: San Fransisco Archery Pro Shop

I came in wanting to buy more accessories for my bow. I just needed a few additional things, but I'm new to archery and don't know how to do everything still. I asked for help to knock my bow and put on benders. He told me that I should look up how to do it online, and refused to help me. He was angered that I hadn't bought all my gear from him and just stright up refused me service. 

It's prejudiced to serve some customers and not others based on what that have or have not bought from you. You have no right to refuse certain individuals service. He should not be in business if he is going to be discrimnatory.
