I'm a trader I export from China. To different countries. I had an order I gave them my qty and to get a price. As all other agents, they offered credit. 30 days after arrival So I used them. When it arrived a few days later my client tried to pull the containers out . They told me it was not released from china .
I contacted them san logistics and they totally said i need to pay them 1st . I the showed them the agreement we had , they said they changed their minds. during all this and paying them and them sending the orginal BL to destination, it aquired Over $5000 in storage fees .
