sanaa@topfashionsale.com I ordered two pairs of shoes ,Salvatore Ferragamo and Etro, and under the auspices of receiving the wrong order never got my order nor my money back Internet

Before ordering shoes I emailed the company in German to find out whether the shoes run large or small. They responded in English that I should order the size I wear regularly. The email from this email address sanaa@topfashionsale.com was signed with Anne. 

In November 2017 I ordered two pairs of shoes (one pair of boots from Etro) and one pair of pumps (Salvatore Ferragamo) online at topfashionsale.com. My order never came. A month later I received a wrong order! I went to the custom's office in Germany and saw that it was wrong. So I sent it back without taking notice of the sender's address. I wrote sanaa@topfashionsale.com and told them about the wrong order and that I returned it. 

They said once they recieve the order they will send my proper order. That never happened. I sent countless emails with the request and later demand to refund my money (230 USD) for the two pairs of shoes which never happened. 

I finally gave them an untimate date for the refund and said they would hear from my attorney. I received the following email as a response:

 

"Hi friend:

Don't be angry. ok? Let's solve this issue in a friendly way. I will try all my best to help you. Please trust me!    Best Regards, Your Sincerely     sanaa@topfashionsale.com"      
This company is fake and they are ripping off their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. NOT ONLY ARE THEY A RIP OFF, THEY ARE JUST B******* WHO WANT TO PLAY DIRTY TRICKS WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. IT'S OBVIOUS.
