Sanchez Handyman and Armando Sanchez Terrible Tiling Work and No Reimbursement Even After Lawsuit Was Won Lake Forest California
Armando Sanchez of Sanchez Handyman provided us with sub-par bathroom remodeling services in November 2015. We took Mr. Sanchez to Small Claims court and won a $4,287.41 settlement in July 2016, made payable at $350/month. We returned to court with Mr. Sanchez in November 2016 since he had not paid us one dime, and reduced his monthly payments to the agreed-upon $200/month to help him out by making the payments smaller. Although Mr. Sanchez has assured us by text countless times that the "check is in the mail", not a single payment has been received. We would like to file a complaint with the BBB that Armando Sanchez, and his handyman business, do terrible work and do not repay their clients when it has been proven that they were at fault.
