Mr. Sanders (Owner of Houston Restoration Services, a dba of "Sanders Restoration Services" sub contracted the work to a person who had more interest in his full time job as a Plumber than he did as a TPO roof installer. He was not supervised and Mr. Sanders was not on the Job at the completion point to check his work, by his own admission.

Houston Restoration services is not Certified to install this type of roof as I later discovered talking to other roofing companies  that are Certified  to do this type of roof installation. The work he did caused more internal damage to my home.  His attempts to rectify the leaks in our Master bedroom ceiling were fruitless resulting in increased damage with each rainstorm. Each time he came out to fix his problems, more damage to my property was the end result.

Finally, I engaged a Certified TPO Roofing expert to study the installation.  The result of this study was a thirty page report which was submitted to Mr. John Sanders by Registered Letter. When confronted with all of the deficiencies of his workmanship, he denied and ignored them.

As far as I am concerned Houston Restoration Services dba, (of Sanders Restoration Services, LLC), owes me $5,000.00 plus the cost to repair the internal damages to my home.  In order to restore the roof to a condition in compliance with the manufacturers installation requirements, it will cost me over $8,000.00 (eight thousand dollars). The owner of this company (Mr. John Sanders) has proven to be not reliable in any fashion and I strongly urge anyone about to do business with him to spend time to look elsewhere in order to avoid the disappointment and aggravation we have experienced.
