Sanderson Ford got ripped off on a 2004 lincoln navigator Glendale Arizona
well i bought a 2004 lincoln navigator from chuck at sanderson ford he was the salesman he told me that thiss nav would be great for me and my husband and 4 kids.one of my kids is a new born told chuck i was moving to nc so id need a suv that was safe and that i can relie on so he sold me a 2004 lincoln navigator told me i didnt need a extended warrety truck was perfact said only little things would go wrong and that my husband could fix them. well the day after i went back to dealer a interoir peice was broken and ask if they could replace well chuck the salesman plain out told me they wouldntr and that i should go to a junk yard to get one. some word for lincoln there and then the very next day i went back my air ride went out chuck again said let me take it around back he keep my car no loaner nothin without a car well came back next day to get car was told nothing was wrong well a week later air ride went out again took it back same thing let me take iy around to the back was told nothing was wrong. well i got tried of it so i waited a few more weeks and it went out again and this was a problem from the day i looked at truck b4 i signed paper and was told it was all fixed took it back again talked to andy resse he took truck in back was not there 5 mins came back said passager front air bag was bad got it fixed right away well still had problems with the air ride pump told them that they said it was bcuz the air bag was broke i waited and postponed moving to nc to get it fixed when it should have been fixed 3 months ago and when i was there andy even told me that my driver seat was broken but like always they didnt fix it now i live in nc in the mountains and my air ride has been out since christmas and i called andy he said take it to a dealer and ill get whatever fixed for you welll ive been calling ever since then hes never in or i got other people that r so rude to me that i wish they just buy this peice of crap back from me ill go buy a chevy they at lease stand behide there cars so since christmas i have not had a car they wouldnt get me a loaner so i have missed 5 days of work and have not been able to go to town to get food the navi is my only car. and i have a 2 monthold baby i need help in this matter i dont know what to do im paying on a car that i cant drive safely for me and my kids and my tires dont even have tread on them and i told them were i was going he told me tires r fine i was told by there linco0ln dealer who check my car out after the 2nd time that they should be replaced and that the air ride pump is bad and the relay was going out also that the engine had a water leak in the 8th cycinder i had a tuneup done b4 i left az new plugs and coildon plug wires royal purple oil and they told me when they took out the spark plug on 8th it was covered in water went to dealer again was told it was from washing the engine when i bouth it i dont know what to beleave my husband lives in az. so im alone here on this the dealer here is tring to help me but andy or the staff there will not fix my truck IF YOU WANT A SUV OR ANY CAR AT THAT DONT BUY FROM SUNDERSON FORD THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR AND SELL YOU BROKEN DOWN CARS AND WILL NOT FIX THEN THEY TELL U EVERYTHING IS FINE TILL U 3 MONTH 3000 MILE WARRETY IS UP THEN EVERYTHING IS WRONG IF U BUY A LINCOLN YOU BUY THE NAME AND IT SEEMS TO ME I GOT A BUSTED DOWN FORD LINCOLN NAME MEANS NOTHING THEY ARE JUST OVER PRICED FORD JUNK LIKE ALL FORDS STAY WITH CHEVY ATLEASE THEY FIX THERE CARS 2004lincolnnavi phoenix, Arizona

One thing for sure is illiteracy is alive and well in this country! Just look at at the OP's feeble attempt to write the English language...no punctuation, no capitalization, run on sentences etc, etc. Then look at the response of Jimmyinaz. How is it the OP can read the well written and structured post of Jimmyinaz and just about any other person and continue to present themselves in public with sub-third grade level "writing"? Incredible!

I have a short comment for the person who posted this About Sanderson Ford. I know there's a lot of tricks scams or whatever you want to call them in the auto industry. I have never worked in the auto industry but I do know one thing about Sanderson Ford. I have a cousin that's worked for that dealership for many years. And from what I've seen and from what I've heard on the radio this dealership stands out from the crowd. They do a lot of things for the people who serve this great country and put their lights on the line
I personally attended an event over there when Mike Broomhead was over there When they had a big event with a bunch of bikers over there all of them were having a great time. They were standing up for cause not trying to sell people a bunch of cars. Given the fact that you bought a car that was at least four years old no dealership can warranty everything that may go wrong.
I was just doing a little research on the Internet and I stumbled across this what's called a ripoff report I guess and I had to make a comment. I know it's hard for anybody even myself to find a dealership that one can trust. I have brought my crown Victoria over there a couple of times for world changes and I very much enjoyed their diner. It's kind of nice we can go there and kill two birds with one stone getting your car serviced and getting something to eat at the same time and my hat is off to a dealership that does what they do for the public.
Spend a little bit more time looking at the overall picture of what that dealership does for everybody in the valley.
