Hello Everyone,

I wanted everyone to see just how bad Real Property Management is, and how they treat their customers.. We've had Real Property Management on this property since it was new. We've also had nothing but headaches with this company. If you Google Real Property Managment you will see the many complaints about this company.

As you can see from the above page link Real Property Management clearly has upset customers and obviously they dont care.. Sandi Crinko is the Presidnet of the company and one would think if there were complaints like this she would want to get to the bottom of them..BUT SHE DOESNT...


Our onsite property manager is Lisa Hilfiker and her supervisors name is Vicki Smith. In the years I've been here the two of them have lied, selective enforcement, and more. They clearly lost sight of the fact that they work for us the community and the problem is they think we work for them. You see they have been allowed for so long to almost run the property.

Recently a board member named Leonard Mack who has been on the board for years stepped down and here is his review from the link above...

Is that sad or what?????

I wont go into all the deatails and problems we've had with Real Property Management but how they treat residnets on the property is disgusting and very unprofessional. They also have no problem lying to people who pay their salaries.

The above statement is almopst so laughable it's disgusting. Why? This comment is a lie. they dont have conversations they listen to what you say or ignore you then when they respond it's lies.

" Confusion With Any Issue" The confusion here agian is Real Property Management works for the people of the community not the other way around.

If Sandi Czonk President gave a d**n she would stop this immediately and make sure it never happens again.... Instead they have comments posted above which are lies....

Anyone seriously looking to do business with Real Property Management should definately look elsewhere and avoid the headaches myself and many have had with them...


Oh yes one last note...


A contract was given to Richmark Gutter Company to do gutter and soffit replacements. The contract is a three year three phase project because we have over 420 buildings. Last year I noticed the piss poor work richmark Gutter Company was doing and brought this to the attention of Real Property Management and the board. I was ignored until just about one month ago when I took my evidence online and exposed not only the piss poor work being done by the contractor Richmark Gutter Company but the piss poor management of Real Property Management whos job is to oversee the contractor and the work. WELL THEY DIDNT AND NOW THE NEW BOARD MEMBERS QUICKLY REALISED THIS WORK COULD CAUSE MAJOR PROBLEMS AND DECIDED TO PUT A STOP TO THE WORK AND GET A COMPANY TO INSPECT THE WORK. ( A company they chose)


100k plus contract and not once has Real Property Management looked at or approved each building being done instead they let them do what they wanted until I exposed this company and brought this to light.

Alright, BOB KRUTKO, how about this:  You are upset because there is a car parked in the OPEN GUEST spot, right? You are upset because YOU want to park in the GUEST spot.  Try CLEANING YOUR GARAGE.  You have your own two dedicated spaces. Should you get a fine or penalty everytime you try and use the guest spot?  Maybe you should find one further away and take advantage of the extra walking, anyways. You are not the civil vigilante you think you are. You are a pest. Stop pestering. You pest. You complain SO much about everything. Here's a reading suggestion for you - "The Boy Who Cried Wolf". Report back to us on that.

Hello Everyone,

 

As stated many times Real Property Management loves to selectively enforce rules while friends of their managers get away with whatever they want. Guest parking here is very limited and one new neighbor thinks parking in guest spots while leaving theirs open is ok.

Hello Everyone,

 

I wanted to give an update on the liars at Real Property Management. Last week we had a board meeting where several residents attended. A new renter in our comples was recently tagged for expired tags and a flat tire. The resident forgot to renew the tags so this citation was correct. The problem is the flat tire belonged to a neighbor 100 feet away and not him.

 

As he went to explain that at the meeting he was asked by the board president if he was a renter or owner. When he said renter he was told he would have to get the owner to bring his gripe up to the board.???

 

They d**n well know this owner like many other live oout of state ..

 

The renter was written up wrongfully for a flat tiure and should have been allowed to explain his situation because another board member told him to come to the meeting. 

 

BUT THATS NOT IT...

A former board member alos come to the meeting because several weeks prior his deck was dammaged by the mowing contractor we use Five Seasons Landscape. His neighbor was home and wittnessed the situation. The neighbor quickly called Real Property Management and left them messages. After several weeks of no response the owner went to the meeting to confront our GREAT property management comany and was told by Vicki smith she did not recieve any calls BUT would contact the mowing company and be in tough with him the next day. 

I know on earth the next day is 24 hours and as of today its been over a week and again another lie. He has still not recieved a call..

 

Oh yes and one of my inside sources on the board informed me that Associa Real Property Management has been voted out of their contract renewal immediately and will be replaced by a real property management company that doesnt lie and try to hide stuff..

YEAH...

Also a friend told me a condo association off Georgesville Road also voted Real Property Management to be removed as their management company also.

 

THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND EVEN THOSE WHO TRIED TO DISCREDIT ME FOR THEIR FRIENDS AT REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. THE PUBLIC HAS CLEARL SEEN THROUGH YOUR LIES AND WE THE RESIDENT LOOK FORWARD TO A NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY WHO DOESNT SCREW THE PEOPLE OF THE COMMUNITY, LIE TO THEM, P[AY BILLS LATE, AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON...

Hello Everyone..

 

Last week Real Property Management sent their on site property manager Lisa Hilfiker to do her regular writeups on our property. As mentioned earlier Real Property Management has a problem with selective enforcement and here is another example..

Two neighbors had their cars tagged for expired plates and a flat tire. 

The expired plates was correct but one of them was written up also for a flat tire which they didnt have. Both vehicles are about 50 yards apart and it so happens directly inbetween them is a car that hasnt run in weeks and has a flat tire but never was tagged?

 

DOES SOMEONE HAVE VISION PROBLEMS?

Really, Bob? You know, most of us FIX OUR OWN PROBLEMS in life. It seems you prefer to surround yourself with problems and misery and that's all you can focus on. I have rented properties managed by RPM when I was younger and now I own properties managed by RPM. They manage THOUSANDS of units. And, as with every business, politician or public figure that you come across, YOU are the biggest thorn. RPM is NOT like your Obama-run federal goverment.  No such thing as endless free handouts (is that, by chance, how you have so much free time to hang out online during the work day?) They DO have to be efficient with funds and make decisions with owners in mind. They do a GREAT job. 

S0 - You happen to have personal experience with the WORST landscapers, roofers, sheriff, prisons, boat REPOSESSORS, mayors, property managers, etc. Don't you see it?? YOU are the common denominator, Bobby.

The above video was done 7-27-15 after a neighbor has been suffering with mold problems that Real Property Management has been not getting fixed. Instead they send their maintenance people who have no experience with gutters/roofing problems.

Yesterday they sent their maintenance people out after sending the owner an email earlier that day telling her a roofing company would be out to fix.

Not only did they do piss poor work but didnt even check their d**n work before leaving.

Me and the owner of the property took 10 minutes to pull out a hose and ladder and spray the roof.

We had Benchmark Roofing inspect your unit. They agree that a diverter/kick out flashing needs to be added, as Bryon Coleman outlined. They will be scheduling that work. A representative from Belfor will be contacting you to inspect the interior of your unit. They will utilize their expertise to determine what remediation work/testing might be needed and provide their recommendations.

Hey Bob! Can't believe you're still at it. Is this stuff you say really all true?? Is it just like when someone "stole" your little boat? You know, when the people that you owe money to for something come and repossess it - that's NOT stealing. You couldn't run your business - stop blaming others for everything. You'll find out that you will be much less miserable. It's funny to see that Florida isn't the only place that had to put up with the Krutko effect, though. Enjoy the rest of your life, Bob - stay in Ohio.

A neighbor who has had a serious mold and water issue invade her home weeks ago spent days calling Real Property Management only to get a runarond. Real Property Management finally decided to give her a call back and send someone out to look at her problem.

 

 

The person they sent out told her he wasnt a mold specialist... HELLOOOOOOOO

 

 

This neighbor has already had a mold expert and roofing expert out there that verified it was mold and where the problem was coming from....

 

 

So why would a company send someone out to look at a serious problem thats causing health issues to a person with no experience in the issue?

 

 

REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DID.........

You realize no one, especially you, is using their real name on this site or for ANY of the reviews you posted. Are you being cowardly?

My original point still stands. Real Property works for the OWNERS. For the most part, they do a great job for the OWNERS. Renting tennants are to take up issues with the OWNERS. Don't like the system? BUY YOUR OWN PLACE.

Real Property Management as a whole company likely manages thousands (if not, tens of thousands? maybe 100's of thousands?) of units.  You found a couple disgruntled renters - bound to happen.  When I look for properties and find that they are managed by RPM, I don't hesitate.

Absolutely terrible. They do not send out a bill, then they tack on late fees which amount to almost 100% of what they say is owed. Can not get an actual person to talk to on the phone, you get stuck in phone tree cyberspace hell.

I've lived in a community managed by RPM for 5 years. Everything about it has been a bad experience. I've had very simple issues I needed assistance with and have been met with nothing but rude response. If you're looking to buy a home in a community managed by RPM, I would advise you to look close and be careful.

The money you save on hoa's is not worth the lousy sevice you receive. They have no sense of urgency about dealing with problems that arise in our condo complex. quite possibly the worst property managment company in columbus.

I am a property owner at Hilliard Commons as well as several other properties, including another managed by Real Property Management.  I have a lot of experience with this company and others, and I felt the need to come on and defend them.

RPM has been a great company to work with.  They obviously run across bitter tennants, which appears to be the case here. RPM has done a great job at Hilliard Commons and they have done an exceptional job looking out for property owners at their locations.  Renting tennants typically report to the owner, not the management company.  It is my duty to keep my tennants happy, and it is my duty to report to the management company if there is an issue that lies under their responsibility. RPM has always worked with me and other owners. The negative reviews I've seen referenced come from renters that feel entitled to more than they deserve.

And there's my two cents. If you feel bitter about this, go ahead and buy your own place and earn some rights.
