 I found this page on Instagram I seen this successful woman who's coming out on TV and she's famous for drawing a specific dolls she sells her merchandise when she released her dolls so her merchandise is limited I paid $163.13 for 2pillows the tracking number show the my pillow was delivered for what it didn't, i contact sand and told her what happen she said to contact the post office for what I did they made a case number and investigate what happened to my package I also found and talk to the mailman and he was helping me find it too they came to a conclusion that my package was lost and that they needed to talk to the shipper because they're the ones who hired them to deliver my package so they couldn't found them and they could have resend my package I chat with Sand (the owner of this business) and she tried saying that once the package is out to the post office she wasn't responsible I told her that I never received my merchandise that I bought from her and the post office was trying to reach her so they could have paid her for the Lost item and for her to send me my package again,well she got mad told me that I was rude for telling her how to run her business and that she didn't have any time to deal with the post office and that she will just refund me and call it a day that's what she told me in Instagram msg I got screenshots of this conversation just for the record she told me to text the 213 number and to never order anything from her business again I text message that number because they don't answer and I email them and now they're telling me there's no way they can refund me until they receive the merchandise back,so how are they going to receive the merchandise back when the post office was trying to contact them so they could have known that the package got lost and that the post office wanted to refund them because the post office is whole responsible for losing my package.please help me get For what i pay or my money back i begg you for help

Ship your packages to a safe address ALWAYS

 I have ordered many times, I always ship to my PO BOX to avoid loosing my packages since I live in a sketchy area. Post office doesn’t care, they will disregard claims as usual. If you were told you would be refunded, take the money and simply order again to a new safe address. Your package was stolen when delivered to you , small business loose when this happens. I see seller wanting to refund you and not deal with you anymore , your approach must not have been the nicest . The problem is on your end for not providing a safe address for this delivery. I would just meet seller half ways for the troubles.
