I am shocked that the employee at your java cafe. It was on 9/2/2014 at about 430am. I went to get a rice pudding and a coffee, present was a manager and another male employee including a female hispanic employee. I looked on the shelf and asked if they had rice pudding , I asked this to the girl who never gave me eye contact to acknowledge me. working behind counter. She stated "whatever is on shelf is all we have". I then went to see male employee who was the best, and he told me he would check in the back and came back with what I was looking for (Rice Pudding). I then asked the girl why she did not tell me there might be some in the back, and I asked her if she was lazy, because they did have what I wanted she just did not want to go get it, I asked why she was not doing her job, that if she did not like it, she should not be there. In return I got a F*** Off from her. Very interesting. Watch the video, sure there is one....the place has every corner covered in cameras.

 

   SHe then proceeded to say, "You do not talk to a female like that" I told her very calmly, that I as a customer have to inquire as to why you refused to sell the product to me, as I am the paying customer, and she walked off to back and stated "GO "F" YOURSELF", I then proceed to say the same and asked for the manager, as I asked for manager she ran over to security as to save herself. Still the manager was very professional and nice and apologized and told me I could have the item free of charge. I have never been told to go f*** myself by an employee anywhere.. Then she told security I was harassing her, when witnesses were there, and if you look at camera you will see I am cool, calm. 

 

What disappointed me was Security Manager Bill, who in my opinion doe not know how to make the right decisions and needs to be retrained. I ask that the Director of security receive a copy of this letter and I ask that the store manager of Java cafe get this email. Bill decided to tell me to leave the casino for the night. I been going there since it opened, we spend thousands of dollars. Just 2 days ago me and my wife won over $5,000.00. and we were there to spend it. Personally I will never step foot in that casino again. Bill gave no reason for asking me to leave. I was never hostile, always calm. I told him it was an employee who cursed at me, and what she did was wrong. Yet he told me I could come back another day, but tonight I have to go and had me escorted out. I think Bill Is wrong, perhaps even profiling me and discriminating against me, when I did no wrong. I was a customer who asked a question, who did not even get good customer service from female worker who cursed at me. The manager of Java being sorry, and the other employee confirming that she told me to f*** myself should be enough to know I am not the aggressor. Yet he threw me out. It was embarrassing, and me and my wife left. I will post this all over the internet, file a complaint with the BBB and the Gaming board. I have to take abuse and Bill throws me out. It's unreal. I live an hour away I come to Sands every two days, and spend over 60k a year combined with my wife. The Girl should be fired, I do not see how she even has a job there or how Bill is in charge of making decisions, when he should barely be a security officer.

      I have a Federal Clearance and work for the largest security company in the world ..Securitas Security Services, USA. as the Operations manager for The United States Postal Service. I have  been trained at the NJ State Police Academy in Sea Girt , NJ. I am not an aggressor but a protector. An employee brakes all the rules and I have to leave. It is my word, that this is what occurred exactly. I have a dead grandma and sister and swear by god, and them both that this is exactly how it went. May I also note the woman officer who stood no where near by, asked me to stay to wait for Bill, and proceeded to state you should watch how you speak to her. I told her how would she know what went on if she was no where near by, and that what the employee may have said to her is not true, and that the officer was speaking on no facts at all., she immediately was quite, because I told Bill why she was saying anything when she was not there. unreal. Maybe Bill should be mopping floors...not head of security at night. For he gave no explanation for his decision. He was rude. I only commend the manager of Java and the male employee...very helpful and customer service how it should be.

I want answers as to why I was thrown out by an incompetent security manager named Bill Even knowing I did nothing wrong....I am a manager wearing suit and tie in morning and regular cloths at night, Maybe profiling for sure..It's what happens when you put unqualified people in positions of power..that would be Bill Shift Security Supervisor. I posed no threat, and was calm the whole time, and even my body language was relaxed. So why throw mw out for speaking the truth and expecting what I pay for, and Casa Java Manager  and male employee confirmed her remark and outburst. Bad choice Mr. Bill//job must bew getting to his head! Oh well I have filed reports with the BBB, the PA Gaming Board, Corporate and casino officers up high in the chain. Basically anywhere I can think of.

You make no sense AT all, whatsoever. No customer should sit there and wonder who gets paid what and who is at an advantage in life and who is not. Not my concern or any conumers concern. A customer enters an establishment to spend money and buy products. ALl employees serve such customer, which is coverred intheir basic training of any job. So absolutely as a paying consumer who wantsa to buy a product, and an en=mployee lies to you just because she does not feel like getting it in the back is wrong and causes her company to loose money. As the consumer if I ask for a product I am paying for I should be able to do so, not be ignored and told incorrect information so that they can lose such sale.  Yes, I have much more than a Federal Security Clearance, and since the director of marketing and VP has called to apologizwe fior her actions, the actions and wrong actions of employee. If you think that an employee cursing at a consumer without him cursing , but being agitated at her for lying, then you abviously are retarded. Under no circumstance does an employee lose their composure to the point that they curse out an amployee. We all may have been employees at a job we all did not like, we all may have wanted ro curse the one customer who got on our nerves, but as we are trained we hold it back and just serve the consumer. No matter what, the employee was going against all rules and regulations when cursing. 

Also your claim of sueing is so far off...get some law books. Asking an employee if she was too lazy to go get the product is not defamation, I'm sorry to burst your bubble. I had the right to ask why she refused to serve me, when a manager and another employee correctly went and hgot me what I asked for, So yes, I will wonder and ask why another emplyee lied to me by saying that they had no more, when in fact everyone knows tghere is more in the back. For the record, anyone involved in any altercation will be asked to leave for the night at Sands. So I was asked to leave for the night, but after a call from VP and Director of marketing and sending a complaint directly to president of her company which is not Sands as she is a vendor, they offerred apology and stated she was in the wrong for cursing at me, even if I asked what was the issue she was lazy and not wanting to do the job she is getting paid to do. I work all day and serve the people I call the customer, my job is to ensure that all customers are happy, even when they are upset , even when they become agotated, that  only makes me try harder to satisfy the consumer. The consumer is not working, he or she is on free time to spend his or her money where he or she likes, so if your establishment is lucky enough to have the oppertunity to serve a customer, absolutely you do all you can to serve and to make such consumer happy. I will hate to know how you seve customers, obviously you have never been trained or are clueless what customer service is. Its what all businesses strive on to retain and even gain customers. YOU OBVIOULSY have a few screws loose. The lawsuite thing is so funny and uneducated..it makes me have pitty for you.

 The employee AND the female guard are correct. WHO are YOU to speak to ANY person in such a manner? JUST because YOU are a customer DOES NOT give YOU the right to say ANYTHING to an employee. YOU are NOT their boss. No where in your supposed tale of woe, is there ANYTHING that states the young lady was incorrect in her statement. YOU are a self entitled jacka** who really needs to LEARN THIER PLACE!!! I don't care how deep YOUR security clearance is. YOU do NOT have the right to say even ONE WORD OF ADMONISHMENT to that employee. YOU were kicked out BECAUSE YOU ARE A SELF-ENTITLED DILLHOLE!!!! YOU may be getting paid, but the employee YOU chastised only makes minimum wage. Not everyone can have the life YOU have. THAT employee is NOT paid enough to let YOU be abusive. Make no mistake, you were NOTHING BUT ABUSIVE!!! Did you ever stop and THINK that maybe, just maybe, the employee had just come back from putting said treats out and KNOWS that there is no more even in the back, or that there was rice pudding that she was not allowed to open?? No!!!! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT???? THAT is COMMON SENSE!!!!! Something YOUR security clearance doesn't give YOU. God was supposed to but given the tone of your post, YOU missed it when it was being handed out. Your own words d**n you. YOU were NOTHING but an a****** pure and simple. YOU got what YOU deserved. YOU were asked to leave for a single day. YOU were asked to leave because YOU are a PITA customer. Also known as a PAIN IN THE a*s!!! YOU over stepped the boundries and assumed power that WAS NOT YOURS TO DO SO WITH!!!! If you have an issue with an employee, you DO NOT make the situation worse by opening YOUR MOUTH AND COMMENTING!!!! By doing so, YOU gave that employee permission to say whatever she wanted to you. She is right "F" YOU!!! YOU are one of the PRIME examples of jackass dipsticks who THINK they are better then everyone else and treat everyone as LESS then YOU. Im going to try and contact this person YOU have slandered and defamed ONLINE!!!! If YOU have as much security clearance as YOU suggest, one wonders how long YOU will have that clearance once YOU start getting sued for slander and defamation. Character assassination, ect. It MAY only be a civil case, but its going to bring attention to YOU and YOUR activities. Maybe having it all flipped on you will show you the error of your ways. Its ok you can admit it that YOU over reacted to the situation, THAT is going to be the only thing to save your rump. YOU instigated the situation due to YOUR piss poor attitude and NOW blame everyone else because YOU feel entitled to say whatever YOU wish.

YOUR RIGHTS do not superceed another citizens rights!!!! YOU instigated the situation. YOU overstepped the boundries between customer/employee. YOU opened your mouth and inserted your foot and swallowed to the ankle. YOU threw a tantrum when YOU did not get your way. So how in ANY stretch of the imagination can YOU sit there and play the victim?? That poor employee was victimized BY YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even the security guard who was not there said the same thing!!! YOU SHOULDNT HAVE SAID WHAT YOU DID!!!!!!! So HOW are you the victim in any of this?? ALl I see is someone who treats others like s**t when they don't get their way. From you own words....... I then asked the girl why she did not tell me there might be some in the back, and I asked her if she was lazy, because they did have what I wanted she just did not want to go get it, I asked why she was not doing her job, that if she did not like it, she should not be there. So you think that THIS is appropriate??Yea YOUR the problem. YOU go right ahead. Even with YOUR clearance YOU KNOW that nothing is secure online. That FEMALE employee has the right to sue YOU and THIS SITE can give her the PROOF of YOUR abuse. This post along with the audio recording should be enough to have YOU paying for a very long time. ALL of this could have been avoided if YOU had NOT taken your bad day out on a poor minimum wage employee.
