I, and others have, and we regret it.
She agreed to install art for me in a senior living facility . . . even confirmed that she would do it. Seniors were looking forward to the art. Contractors rearranged their schedules. People came from great distances to complete this project. But Sandy Perotto changed her mind. She decide she did not want to follow through on her commitment, regardless of anyone else and she didn't show up.
Irresponsible, disrespectful, self-centered, apathetic . . . yup, that's her.
Sandy Perrotto. Don't waste your time with her.

Scott Solda or his company "Art Installers Network" would not provide information on how I would get paid or provide tax info. In fact Scott wanted me to send proof of the job being done by sending him a photo of me with the manager abd our "thumbs up". He also did not have the contact persons name for me to get pay info. After researching online, I thought I was being scammed.
