Sandy Sansing Kelly Manning, Dylan Seay Vehicle Sold under false pretenses Pensacola Florida
On April 9, 2021 I purchased a 2014 Range Rover Evoque from Sandy Sansing. Upon the purchase, I rendered a $2,500 down payment and weeks later found out there were underlying issues caused by a faulty turbo, display of low coolant level, as well as a faulty battery. After consulting with my salesperson the turbo was repaired but the lights continued to display.
Thereafter, I began to have overheating issues and made several attempts to have the dealership repair; which were not resolved. I then sought other certified mechanics with numerous failed attempts to resolve the issue; leading to $2,672.00 in repair bills only to be informed that the vehicle's engine/gaskets need replacing along with other engine issues.
I have contacted the dealership in effort to rescind the contract, or replace the vehicle; but due to a lower credit score caused by making monthly payments and paying for repairs I am challenged with obtaining another vehicle from Sandy Sansing. The vehicle was purchased with 77,000 miles and currently has 85,000 miles which is in the parameter of the Alabama "Lemon Law" which is less than 12,000 miles from time of purchase and under a year since purchase.
