I'm up set because I have to pay @ 30k for my student loans plus I was not able to transfer my credit from sanford brown college I think it's not far to pay them when the colloge really was not a college we need to do something about it

Unfortunately the acquisition of student debt and the argument of not owing Sanford Brown has little to do with the transferability of credits and your perception of what a college is or isn't. When you applied to the school, there's a contract (Application for Admission), which covers the legal disclosures that you, as the student, must read through and agree to. When you sign (represented most likely by an e-signature format), you are in acknowledgement of what each/all parties are responsible for.
The transferability/acceptance of credits are determined by the receiving institution. There's no method to the madness regarding this issue. Basically speaking, unless there's a written guarantee for transferability of credits established between the participating schools, it's up to the school of what it will, or will not accept...and in doing so, each institution has its own criteria factors/rules/dynamics involved when determining what and how many credits will transfer.
Regional accreditation is the more widely accepted standard of scholastic criteria. That being said...in its basic form, regional credits stand a better chance of transferring to both regional and national accredited institutions, whereas national credits stand little chance of being accepted to a regional accredited school.
I'm sorry that you've accrued 30k in student debt, but you're not the only one who has become a victim of the process. What I encourage you to do is stay positive and try to maximize what you have learned and turn it into a momentum of self-improvement and inspiration.
