Sangarmall Infotech Pvt Ltd Pathetic workplace, Policies change on daily basis, no working hours Gurgaon Internet
I would like to draw kind attention for company "SangarMall Infotech Pvt Ltd" , Gurgaon and few of facts:
1) Most important, No rule for working hours, Performance is measured by the no of hours u stay in office no matter u do any work or not.
2) Forces employees to stay in office even after their working hours and in return no credit. If a guy works late night for company and very next day comes little late. That's not acceptable.
3) HR is nothing in SangarMall there is no hr policy. Policies change on day to day basis which is obviously in favour of Company. I was offered 5 days working at the time of joining. But after joining suddenly policy got changed and now I've to work additonally on alternate saturdays.
4) Forget about work you have done to company. No credit goes to you except you are in tuning with managment.
5) Till the time company has project and you are litte valuable to company, you will be ok. After project completion they will start pinpointing your work, behaviour evn after months in company they will start verifcation about your previous employer, performance etc.
6) If your salary is low and giving 10-12 hours daily. You are a good employee. Against it if you are in 8-9 hour time frame, you are the worst against salary being offered, no matter what you serve to company.
A lot more . Request you guys not to join worst environment.
