about 6 weeks ago i ordered some lighting products from accessdiscounts.us
i sent next day letter with postal money order.. well after 2 weeks i became suspicious. when i called they said they never received the postal money order (athough us postal service verified check was cashed).. another week goes by and they say they found check and would send merchandise out immediatly thru ups..ever hear of ups taking 3-4 weeks to deliver from california to ny?? me either...anyways ...i realize i got scammed, rip offed conned whatever you call it...
buyer beware... they have a good looking website with yahoo preffered merchant status

unless you like getting "circle jerked" run dont walk from these scammers

This customer is strange and wasted a lot of our time. We are a Yahoo store and in our six years of doing business online and having served tens of thousands of satisfied customers he has been one of our most difficult.

Customer paid by check. As stated clearly on our website we cannot ship check order until the check has posted to the account and we are sure that the funds would clear and won't be returned. So it does take a few days for us to process check orders. So we strongly recommend that customers pay by credit card or PayPal if they need the order processed quicker. In this particular case there was delay in receiving the check, which was beyond our control.

The customer placed a large order of lights. As with our standard practice we kept the customer informed on the status of the order at every stage; advised him when we received the check; when the products were ready to ship.

We ground shipped the order by Dawes Freight as we would normally do in cases of oversized, overweight orders (which is not suited for UPS to ship) and provided the customer with the tracking number

The customer would be very amicable with our customer service agent over the phone. However he would then turn around and send nasty emails and would leave rude, vulgar Voice Mails with threats to destroy our business (We have the history of the emails and voice mails). This practice continued even after we provided him with the tracking number. It was very strange and a distraction for our business. During the course of our communication we offered to return his check and cancel the order which he declined.

He filed a complaint against us with Bureau of Better Business (BBB). We provided proof of shipment and the case history to BBB. They were satisfied with our response and realized that he was crazy and dropped the complaint immediately. Finally Yahoo reviewed his feedback on Yahoo Shopping and removed them on the basis of Harassment, Obscenity and disclosing confidential Company information in the review

Please remove this complaint based on the above details. We can provide the shipment confirmation, order details and communication history with this customer upon request. The above mentioned transaction occurred between the customer and Access Discounts Inc., an US Corporation, member Bureau of Better Business
