Sanlam Sanlam Reality Sanlam Reality does not refund fees Bellville Western Cape
On June 17th 2019, as well as on 4th and 5th of July money was taken from my bank account for Sanlam Reality "benefits" that I never received tickets for. It equalled up to a total of R510.
On June 17th I phoned Sanlam Reality, where I was assured that the money would be reversed back into my account within 3 working days. No funds were reversed.
On July 5th I decided to email Sanlam Reality, so that I have proof in writing of our correspondence. I was phoned and assured that the full amount would be reversed within 3 working days (again).
Since then, I have been emailing every three days to follow up, without getting any refunds - only the promise that it would happen in 3 working days.
Since June 17th, all the "three working days" have equalled up to 5 WEEKS.
This is completely unacceptable. I will discourage anyone I meet from ever joining Sanlam Reality. It is nothing but a scam. I am also going to take this further on social media, so that more people can be made aware of this scam and hopefully prevent them from falling into the trap that I have fallen into.
