Complaint Review: Sanoran Air Inc.

I live in Arizona where AC is essential for survival. My AC sounded like a lawn mower Sunday (9.4.10) morning when I woke up. I called the builder because I am still under warranty. They called back and said they can't send anyone out unless I have no AC at all (GREAT!) They scheduled me for repair on Tuesday from 10-1 (had to take off from work to sit around) They called me at 12:45 to tell me the tech would not make it. They rescheduled me at 6pm, said they would call when they were enroute. I went back to work. Back on the home front 6pm rolls around no call, no tech. The office is closed and the answering service connects me to a VM of someone who does not work there anymore. Now it's 8pm and knock at the door, it's them! Yeah, so I thought. An hour later the tech says he does not have the parts to fix it and it's in bad condition, could take two more days to get parts(fantastic) Sanoran air called me back to reschedule repair, of course I am expected to make it easy on them and sit at home again waiting on another work day. Can't do it, please send them Saturday morning (8-11). Tech shows up at 9am,(not bad). Here we go again, an hour into crawling around in the attic, the tech tells me he does not have the right tools or parts to fix it. He has to drive an hour away to get the parts and correct tools. REALLY! with all the tools on your truck you just so happen to not have the one you need? I aksed the tech for his cell phone number before he left, and he didnt know it, he was hesitating on giving his name as well. Now I have no AC at all and its going to be 102 today. As I sit here sweating praying they can fix it, I am already steaming from anger. I can understand if I lived in Alaska and they didn't have parts, but ARIZONA? This is HVAC central there is no excuse. Not a professional or reliable company, I would not recommend.
