Complaint Review: Sansford And Jordan

I received a letter in a poorly addressed envelope stating that I had won a Free Cruise for two out of Galveston, Tx.

Upon calling the 866-588-7784 number I was informed that the 60 min no obligation presentation was for couples only. As my husband is currently overseas and cannot make the presentation, I was then informed that I didn't qualify for the Free Cruise.

If this was for couples only, why was the letter addressed to "Ms. *****" and not "Mrs. *****" After asking if I could have a friend attend with me, I was told "NO" and then upon asking "What if I was single?" I was informed yet again that the cruise was "for couples only."

What kind of company offers you a free cruise and then penalizes you for having someone out there protecting their lying a**es? A corrupt one.
