Complaint Review: Sansford & Jordan

I also received a letter from Clare Mason, Travel Awards Division on 3/23/09. I called and spoke to Claire to discuss my $1,200 vacation or cruise. First, I must pay the taxes on cruise or flight. Of course, my confirmation no. gives me 1.5 years to claim this prize. The leter stated "please call if you choose to decline this award so we may issue the vacation to an alternative recipient...this is our last attempt to contact you." I asked for a website and Claire said they were a wholesaler just like Sam's or Costco, then led me to their website: vacationnetwork.com. Interesting "vacation/cruise" website with no refrence at all to this trip I won. Imagine that!!

I'm sad there are people out there that get away with these scams; lots of people take it seriously.
