On June 23, 2009 we looked at, test drove, and I purchased a White 2000 Lincoln Navigator for $4,000 cash and also another $320 from Sanso Auto Sales in Miami Florida. Prior to purchasing Don paid $14.00 for a report online at www.autocheck .com using this vehicle vin number ending 10717 and it lists the vehicle checks out under all areas. A full history report was done and has no problems. In the beginning things seemed fine until the next day the truck started overheating Don called back told them about the problem they said bring back in the morning, so I did. We called to see about our vehicle the manager said it'll cost another $200.00 so we got our truck back and had the clutch to the fan repaired. Now we found out today that around the oil filter area is leaking and the truck is making a ticking sound therefore needs repairing. We were told this truck has no problems by the salesman and manager. Of course the salesman can't be found now and the manager doesn't want to fix anything without charging a price. Better laws need to be in place to protect consumers. Please investigate this company because I seriously think unlawful things are going on down at that place. See they repair cars at this business and my belief is they take good parts off automobiles to make more money off people who purchase from them I'll be contacting BBB, state of Florida lemon law department, and the office that regulate automotive corporations. Beware of this corp. in my opinion they're out to get your money and are not concerned about consumers.

More people have been scammed by Sanso Auto Sales

Sanso Auto Sales are a bunch of crooks.  They sell no good cars!! I purchased a vehicle from them back in June of 2006 not knowing the ride I was going to be in for would last me 4 years of hell. First off I took the car to a Nissan dealership where they informed me that I need to return the vehicle back as it was unsafe. Then it was revealed to me the vehicle originally came from Hurricane Katrina area and was rusted out under and inside the vehicle even though it runs good. I tried to return it back to Sanso Auto Sales but they said I had to pick out another vehicle which I didn't since I knew they all had to be in bad shape. Another issue I had with them was getting my tag from them. It seems that when you need something from them the owner can't be found so I filed a report with the Miami-Dade DMV. Then out of nowhere the owner is blowing up my phone in his attempt to rectify the situation. Just by filing a report it got their attention. Not long after that I found out another family member had a similar problem the year prior. The next issue was after paying off that piece of s--t car in 2007 they wouldn't give me the title! So again I tried to contact Mariano and couldn't get a hold of him. Guess what I did- I filed another report with Miami-Dade DMV and an investigator was assigned to the case. After two years of fighting back forth I finally got the title in 2009!! All that for a freaking title! Never again will I do business with these theives.

FYI: I went to a lawyer who looked up Sanso Auto Sales and they currently have 20+ lawsuits pending SMH. These people should be ashamed of themselves for the scams they are running with those f----d up cars.

*Here's the Better Business Bureau report on them in which they got an F!! http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/new-car-dealers/sanso-auto-sales-in-miami-fl-30001144

Always get a car checked out by an independant mechanic

The Navgator was 9 years old when you purchased it. If your contract stated the purchase was "as is" you are out of luck. Unless a car dealer is giving you a warranty, they have a tough time vouching for a used car; they usually don't spend a lot of time driving them around to see if there are any issues.

I always recommend getting an inspection done by an independant mechanic on a used car.
