Complaint Review: Sanso Auto Sales

Sanso Auto Sales are a bunch of crooks.  They sell no good cars!! I purchased a vehicle from them back in June of 2006 not knowing the ride I was going to be in for would last me 4 years of hell. First off I took the car to a Nissan dealership where they informed me that I need to return the vehicle back as it was unsafe. Then it was revealed to me the vehicle originally came from Hurricane Katrina area and was rusted out under and inside the vehicle even though it runs good. I tried to return it back to Sanso Auto Sales but they said I had to pick out another vehicle which I didn't since I knew they all had to be in bad shape. Another issue I had with them was getting my tag from them. It seems that when you need something from them the owner can't be found so I filed a report with the Miami-Dade DMV. Then out of nowhere the owner is blowing up my phone in his attempt to rectify the situation. Just by filing a report it got their attention. Not long after that I found out another family member of mine had a similar problem the year prior. The next issue was after paying off that piece of s--t car in 2007 they wouldn't give me the title! So again I tried to contact Mariano and couldn't get a hold of him. Guess what I did- I filed another report with Miami-Dade DMV and an investigator was assigned to the case. After two years of fighting back forth I finally got the title in 2009!!  Never again will I do business with these theives.

FYI: I went to a lawyer who looked up Sanso Auto Sales and they currently have 20+ lawsuits pending SMH. These people should be ashamed of themselves for the scams they are running with those f----d up cars.
