I was desperate for a car and this guy (the owner) took advantage of me. He's fast at have you sing all kinds of papers telling you all kinds of crap to get you distracted. Will singing papers my husband keep asking for the keys to test drive the car but it never happened and before I new it I owned a car id never even touched. Ya stupid on my part. A few days later it started heating up. Went back to car lot and the this guy Alex looked at it and blamed it on air bubbles in the ratiator. Ya ok anyways he was wrong. The CB axle needed placed and the same guy took it in the shop 30 min later he came out & said it was fixed. Not. Know I find out the Finance company they got me is not even allowed to loan money because they lost there license for not paying taxes {first credit fin} & on my dmv reg under lein holder it says a name I never heard of. know I have to deal with that. This place needs to be shut down.

Dang.  President Obama needs to hurry up and sign those gun control laws into existance, plus he needs to enforce these Dealerships from locking their show room doors during business Hours.

It is plain to see here that Santa Ana held a gun to your temple, and forced you to sing those papers, and when you tried to flee the dealership in terror, the front doors were locked. As they were firing the gun at you, I would have hoped the bullet would have hit the glass on the front door, shattering the glass, allowing you and  your husband to slip out through the broken glass.

OH MY, God Laws need to be written to protect people like u from being held at gun point in a locked dealership.
