So I'm at AutoZone and it's about 9:30 pm when I was parking I noticed that there was a lot of cars in the parking lot so I left quick I came back it did not take me no longer than 30 minutes that I realized that my truck was not there so I come to find out that it was towed now what aggravates me about the situation is that these people are not being responsible for nothing and obviously they did all the damages to my vehicle so let me start with they used a regular tow truck to tow my truck state law requested that a truck needs to be towed by a flatbed tow truck that's one they failed on number 2 they did not notice that in my truck in the cup holder I had a cup of soda while they were doing everything in a
rush trying to tow my truck as soon as possible they did not realize how fast they were driving they dropped the soda on my cell phone and they charge me 360 the Max for parking in the know parking lot it was not handicap it was not a Red Zone it was a parking lot they said the manager reported my truck which later I found that was false and state law requires the tow truck person to take pictures of the vehicle they are Towing they failed on that they failed on giving me a report of the reason why my truck was tow all they did was give me money and this is all during Christmas season so when I get to the place to take out my vehicle I notice that my vehicle was not even parked in the regular impounded la
but it was actually in the front of their shop with the doors wide open which I will not understand they do not have a right to go through my personal belongings and I find out that I am missing a speaker besides the point I went back the next day to confront the manager the manager told me that I was acting childish when I spoke to him about my cell phone he said that was more of a personal problem and down the road I'm driving my vehicle my steering wheel starts getting very loose before you know it my brakes on the left side is giving up these morons messed up my my axle and they messed up the barrels inside of the wheel which the wheel could have came flying out to the road and actually causing a big
accident and they messed up my radiator is leaking now and they messed up the discs of the brakes and my brake pads so at the end of the day they told me they are not responsible for damages can you guys believe I just got robbed by these people they took my money away they took my communication. AWay they took my transportation after payin 360 after physically and mentally getting abused by the Santa ana club be still manage to actually destroyed my personal belongings you would actually think that they had enough by taking my 360 and opening my car doors and even taking my speaker to even wetting my cell phone and now my whole front wheel and brakes and axles are messed up and
radiator and guess who's going to pay for that for the meanwhile they are towing cars away getting away with it it aggravates me that these people are still in business because they did such a scandalous thing to me I wonder too how many more had they cost butt these people are nothing but Thugs and robbers and like the manager told me it sounds like a personal problem and they are not responsible for no damages towards your vehicle until this point I have not received information about my tow all these morons did and left me with more bills and more money to ask for loans because now I have to buy a new axle a new steering wheel a brake disc a radiator and a new cell phone and pay
everybody off that helped me during this hard time thank you very much Santa Ana Towing you guys do great services to the community morons if you do get tow by these people don't be surprised if you are missing something or if they are overcharging you or something or if they're Towing your car for no purpose

I have dealings with this shady company and through research I also saw your comments about them on google. The best thing you can do is do some digging. The police will not know how to help you unless you have evidence. And even if you do have the evidence they wont file the report because most of them are not familiar with this law. Lets make these people known for the laws they break. Most likely with this group its an unauthorized tow- be prepared to give the vehicle code which is :Vehicle Code 22658
First off- if this was private property- They are legally obligated to give you a signed authorization form. This form has to be from an agent of "property management'. (find out who owns the lot you were towed by) It has to have a contact information. In my case they tried to fool me by giving me a form from P. Management. I called the number and it was a fake company called 'Parking Management'. Which is just another way to confuse their victims and even the police. This person I called ran me in circles. He's meant to do that.
He needs to prove to you he is an authorized agent to tow
Ask him his name- business address- who he is contracted by
If he will not give you this information file a police report- have the officer get that information for you. If you still dont have enough information to file a report- make sure you get the notes the officer was able to gather- and the officers name. This will help you as further evidence.
Sounds like you already know the Property management did not authorize the tow.. IF you are unsure make sure to investigate who owns the property and who is allowed to authorize tows- in particular are tenants allowed to authorize tows.

So if we look at what you are actually saying. You are saying that you found a closed(or closing) business parking lot and since there were other cars you figure you were "safe" parking there as they don't tow people. Only to find out that is incorrect and now you are throwing a tantrum that you are being held accountable.
With that you made some very interesting statements that I am not familar with.

Can you please provide the SPECIFIC State Laws you are refering to.
