Brock Allen Turner engaged in raping an unconscious woman, received three felonies convictions, and showed no remorse! Yet, judge Persky found mitigating factors to sentence him to only 6months in jail; Tunner only served 3 out of the 6months for GOOD BEHAVIOR! The mitigating factors Persky took into consideration were: No prior crimial hisory, his young age, being intoxicated while raping his victims, letters from his allies, and severe impact on Mr. Turner's future. The fact that he engaged in such horrible crime at the age of 19 is quite concerning not a mitigating factor. No well to be young guy gets up one day and decides he would take advantage of an unconscious woman and rape. Being under the influence is not an excuse or mitigating factor for a DUI charge! What about the severe impact to the victim? This is GENDER BIAS JUSTICE AT ITS BEST AND A RIPOFF FOR WOMEN'S RIGHTS AND DIGNITY!
Persky's supportersare not better than he is. Thus, Ms. LaDoris Cordell is totally right about any other judge in Santa Clara County giving the same sentence to Mr. Turner. THIS IS A SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION AND GRANT SCAM JUSTICE! Other judges supporting Persky are Julia A Emede, Phillip PennyPacker, and Joseph Huber, among others in Santa Clara County judicial system. These three judges engaged in helping and protecting a former San Jose Police Department officer and Current Santa Clara County Sheriff's deputy who engaged in watching child porn, domestic abuse after ex reported his child porn activity, animal creuelty, and IRS fraud after marriage. These judges ignored DV, and other criminal activity this person engaged in. The Sheriff's department gave this guy a good standing letter even when the child porn investigation was perding and ongoing. Gilroy Police Department failed on writing DV reports. All these individuals engaged in protecting this guy's record and job. This guy worked with Julia A Emedy in the Dometic Violence unit. He worked for other judges as well. THE VOICES AGAINST THE RECALL ARE WHITE VOICES OF PRIVILEGED SANTA CLARA COUNTY LEADERS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
