Complaint Review: Santa Lucia Security Company. El Gordo

I recieved a letter from Santa Lucia Security Company informing me that I am one of the eight winners and i have won 600,000 dollars. THey also attached a form for my perosonal banking account so they can transfer the money. After they called me and faxed me transferint fees and taxes to be paird for the transaction to be send. These people are putting Spain in danger and this should be send to the spanish embassy and tell them that if they don't do anything about this situation people out there might be fed up with this corruption and do something to Spain themselves. These people also presented Spain's Tax Commision. Well if someone could help please do so.
