Complaint Review: Santa Lucia Security Company S.A.

I received a letter from Santa Lucia Security Company S.A. telling me I have been approved for lump sum payout of USD 615,810.00 and I need to contact Martinez Sanchez to claim my lottery winning. I called and was told to fax him the information requested on an enclosed form (asking for my name, DOB, phone number, bank name, bank account and routing number).

I felt this was too good to be true; therefore, I did a Google search and surely enough I found fraud reports filed by other people.
