Complaint Review: Santa Lucia Security Company S.A.

I received a letter postmarked from Spain. It said I WON the lottery and enclosed a lottery payment processing form asking for my bank account info. The letter looked real indeed, though it seemed impossible to win money out of nowhere. I never really entered any such lottery contest. And on the bottom of the letter, there was a signature but the name is not clearly showed. It was overwritten by the signature, so you can't really read whose name it was. I never know such scam, luckily i looked it up here. People, please be aware!!!
