On Monday, August 23rd, 2004, I received a fake letter from the Santa Lucia Security Caompany S.A. It said "you have been approved for a lump sum payout of USD $15,810.00 in cash credited to file with REF. NO. EG/2551256003/01 and BATCH NO. 000750013."
