Complaint Review: Santa Lucia Security S.A.

Hi, all:

I'm from Australia. My boyfriend just got this same letter from Santa Lucia Security Co. S.A. saying he's winning USD $615, 810.00 from a lottery.

We called the name on the letter Simon Lucas. His English wasn't very good and he couldn't tell us exactly how we received the money without purchasing a lottery. He asked us to fax a form filled with my boyfriend's personal details including bank account details to him the next day and he would call us later.

We didn't feel safe and let him know our tel number. So we told him we would call him instead. We then checked on the internet and found this website. Thank god we found here and hope all the people got this letter won't be a victim.

The company has started sending the letter world wide now. Does anyone know how they got our personal details?
