Complaint Review: Santa Lucia Sercurtiy Company S.A.

On June 1, 2004, I received a letter in the mail stating that I won 615,810 U.S. dollars in a lottery. I called the number and spoke to a Mr. Luis Martin who was unprofessional and when I asked him questions he got offended and hung up the phone on me. I called him back thinking that it was a disconnection and he told me inorder for me to receive the check I had to pay "The Bank" 980 dollars.

This sounded weird to me so I searched the web and I found out that I am not the only person who has received a lottery winning from El Gordo Lottery Sweepstake. What they are doing is wrong and don't be fooled by this fake lottery letter!
