Complaint Review: Santa Rosa Plumbing Service

I called Santa Rosa Plumbing Service for a clogged toilet. My friend had used them before and they were great. The plumber arrived on time and came in and checked out my toilet. He estimated the cost to fix the clog was one hundred dollars. I agreed to that price.

After he finished his work, which only seemed like thirty minutes, he came to request payment. Instead of saying I owed him one hundred and upped what I owed him to one hundred and thirty five. I asked why and he said it was more work than he thought it was.

I believe that is bad business practices to raise the price after we agreed upon a price already.
