I should have gone to Honda of Superstition Springs instead, they are closer and probably don't cheat their customers.

At Santan Honda Superstore of Chandler the salesman wasn't honest when I asked if the price includes GST. He told me that all taxes were included. I was pressured into a situation where I was to put down a deposit for a new Honda. I got the price I negotiated and was happy at that point.

I was assured that my deposit was fully refundable. 24 hours later the story had changed and now the quote did not include GST. From what I have gathered it is a classic Bait & Switch dealer technique. The price I had was low (the Bait), but since the contract didn't have the tax terms or payment terms written the Santan Honda salesman does a Switch.

The Santan Honda salesman told me by phone that I could not get my deposit back. He said I signed a contract and cannot get a refund per the tiny type on the back of the contract, which I wasn't aware of, states something about non-refundable. I never did receive the back of the contract only the front.

I just want to inform consumers of this particular unethical sales technique. Never thought I would be in this situation as I always ask questions, but I still got scammed. I should have gone to my local Honda dealer instead.
