My car was financed on 03/30/2007 by Drive and made every payment on time since I got my car. I never received a license plate until my car was impounded and I had to purchase that one.My nightmare begin on 9/28/2007 when my car was impounded for driving under suspension and I had a payment due on 9/30/2007 and I called to make payment arrangements to make payment on 10/26/2007 because my pay period for 10/12/2007 was to payoff old traffic violations, reinstate my license, and get my car out of the pound the rep stated that she notated my account that I will be making a payment on 10/26/2007.

On 10/16/2007 I received a call from Keith and he said that my car was not suppose to have been released to me that it is up for repossesion and I asked why because I was aware that my car note was one month behind due to the impound situation. He said that my car will be seize less than 24 hrs;so from there I called Drive and before i could state what I was calling for I was placed on hold so the rep came back and I asked her was she going to get my issue and she stated the issue is that you are going hold. What company you know dont have grace periods? Drive the ripoff people. Please sign me up to get my money back from this company.
