Santander Consumer USA - Drive Financial Slimeball Scumbags Ft. Worth, Texas
Just because Im a subprime borrow from a subprime lender doesnt mean I have to put up with illegal practices.
These people call on the average of 20-25 times per day, on my home phone, they call me at work despite being told not to - an average of 5-7 times per day.
I have paid my loan on time and have been hit with outrageous fees. I have been threatened and they are very good at trying to intimidate. However, i dont scare quite so easy. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and hope that any and everyone who reads this will do the same.

Out of the clear blue sky they have decided to single you out and call you even though you are perfectly up to date on payments, right?
You've never been late, yet you've had to pay fees, right?
What's the REAL story here?????

They call and call and never leave messages. My loan was originally through HSBC which was a better company to deal with than these scumbags. They were at least willing to work with their customers when they had a problem. This company is heartless and I will not call them back until they leave a message.
