Santander Consumer USA Drive Santander Consumer USA did not issue me a copy of my bill with new account information and contact phone number. They insisted that there is a late fee but asked to send itemized statement of account Dallas , Texas
I called in to Citibank to make a payment for the month of October 2010. I got a really unprofessional person from customer services department for bill payment. She became irrate when I began to request a bill for payment and copy of statement for late fees noted on my account. I had no new account information. I don't have current bill that shows any new information! I was told it will cost 10.00 dollars to take a payment over the phone! I was told to go to the web site which i did to look up my account without a currrent account information! Once I had the young lady to give me current information over the phone I still can't get to see the current account information after logging into the Santander Consumer USA website! I refused to pay 10.00 to pay my bill over the phone ! I don't belive that you should treat people this way as if they are scum under your feet! No people skills no helpful information unless it was a fight for your own account!!!
