I brought a car, that was given to me for one price. But at the end after making paying a few years. I was thinking I would be almost finished paying only to be told that I have only been paying interest and I still owe $12000 more.

Anybody with half a brain knows the lender makes their profit on interest. Therefore, for them to make the most money, they would like to see every payment made and collect all the interest built into the loan...UNLESS...the borrower shows they are not making payments or fail to carry required insurance. In your case, based entirely on what YOU stated, for two years you were paying more interest than normal. Why is that? It is because you ran up extra interest by regularly being late with your payments...so late, they decided they had enough of you and did a repo to protect their security. YOU paid late and YOU caused the repo. They didn't just pick on you. YOU caused it. Any info on your credit report was caused by YOU! Before you waste your time and sound like a baby throwing a tantrum because you don't like what I said, let me save you the effort...I don't work for them!
