Santorini Holiday Cars Santorini Greece Requested a Deposit and will not refund Santorini Santorini Cyclades
When I booked this car, the website indicated they did not need payment to make the reservation. Once the reservation was made I received an email telling me I had to give a deposit in order to hold the reservation.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic I have had to cancel the trip until a later date. I reached out to this company cancelling the reservation and requesting a refund of the deposit they required, not only will they not respond, they are not refunding me. Clearly this is fraudulent on their part and how they get money from travelers.
Needless to say, when I do rebook my trip to Santorini I will not use this company for my rental car needs.
