i purchased a virtual hosting server from santrex services on 2nd november 2011 i contacted them as every server was offline that day,2 days later nothing had been done so i contacted paypal and submitted claim for item not recieved after 14 days paypal closed the case saying this was not covered by paypal protection as it was a intangable item.

i then contacted santrex support stating i have just tried to login via client login pannel only to find you have deleted my account login details incorrect please try again, no client account was found with the email address you entered please explain why you have taken my payment for a service which i have not used what so ever then delete my account i find this totally unbelivable please issue me with a full refund.

there reply was your account is closed as fraudulent account as a chargeback received via paypal regards ali cook, i then replied stating how can it be fraudulent because i opened a paypal claim as i could not use the service i has paid you for? i think i was well within my rights so not only have now closed my account but you have frauded me by keeping the payment for the months service aswell i payed you for and never recieved so i am asking for refund for money i payed you.

there final reply was we trust that there is no further action to be taken from our side so we will proceed closing the case however if you feel you are in need of additional assistance or action please let us know by replying directly to this email and we will take all the actions needed on any outstanding issues regards ali cook
