sanvannah Ridge Apt Ms. Rosemary broke their own lease and up the rent so that i can move out San Antonio Texas
I willie criss sign a 12 month lease June, 15 2017 but on my they end my lease May, 31 2018. Savannah Ridge Apt broke the on the 11 month and 16 days of 2018, and charge me charge I willie Criss Month to Month for the mont of july, Also Ms. Rosemary call me and stated they will not renew my lease and i said what did i do and she stated Mr, Criss you pay on time and you have not done anything wrong but we want you out of here. The state of Texas require the Landlord need to give a Legitme reason why a Tenant can not hve their lease renewd. I been drpress and concerned that all my right been taking for no reason at all. can someone help me, Thanks
