Please- if you are considering this company have them use your profile name to book a trip in front of you. All of the properties outside of roach motels are completely unavailable. We have owned the timeshare for a year, attempting repeatedly to book travel to any of the thousands of properties promised with zero results. We met for our "ownership meeting” today in which the representative admitted we were misled with a package that does nothing (to the tune of $3000) and stated "we never should have purchased” the timeshare.
This after I challenged him to find just one trip that actually delivered on the company promise. 2 hours later- after his furious searches online were unsuccessful, he was frustrated as well. Property after property that he pulled up for $800 per week, I simply went to any online discount booking website and beat his price. Avoid the thousands of dollars investment and yearly fees to beat their best price with far more options. Please avoid at all costs. This company is a complete scam and please do homework before falling into their trap.
