Sar & Associates LTS Management Sending False Debt Pre-Litigation Actions Plantation Florida
Received a letter from SAR & Associates stating that I owe $1,450 to an original creditor of LTS Managmement and that if I do not act now that they will proceed wiht pre-litigation action against me.
LTS Management was a huge payday loan company that fell. I have never at any time taken a loan from them to have a debt to repay.
Upon further investigation, there are multiple claims online for this exact creditor and for the exact amount. Sounds like this a fraud attempt on someones behalf.
