SAR& Associates The company is sending me a fraudulent letter stating I owe a company $1,450 from a creditor name LTS Management. I never heard of these people and the letter duplicates the same letter that was reported from another victim. I'm going to contact an attorney to file a law suit against these crooks. They need to be prosecuted and sent to jail for harassing consumers. Plantation Florida

I was just wondering if you got a lawsuit working for this company? I have been working on mine and plan on filing it with my attorney this week. These people need to be stopped! The owner dissolved the company and now has a new company Recovera working still under SAR & Associates. They changed their name and they poof have a license to collect debt now in Florida. This means nothing because they had already violated rights before the license was active on 11/15/15.
There needs to be as many people as possible complaining to everyone on this company. You can get licensed all day long but that does not mean you are following guidelines and not trying to collect bad debt that is not owed. My question is if they bought the debt for pennies on the dollar and the debt came from a company LTS management who closed down due to fraud. How can they prove the debt is real and not a fraudulent debt that LTS management used. Legally they can't.
